Thanks for submitting your application! Based on what you've entered, you're eligible for a preliminary borrowing assessment by our licensed Brokers.
This assessment adheres to NCCP Australian Lending Policy and provides you with a full picture of your purchasing power through the community funding program. With this report, Homeowner Assist will guide you through the next steps to achieve homeownership.
We'll review your application and documents within 1–2 business days. If everything is provided correctly, you'll receive a confirmation email with your place in the assessment queue.
Next step: Upload your supporting documents
To begin your assessment, we need a few documents from you. Don't worry — most can be found on your phone or online banking. Here's what to have ready:
Photo ID (front and back required)
Driver's licence — take a clear photo of both the front and back with your phone, or upload from your files. Passport is also accepted.
Recent payslips (at least last 2 months)
Check your email for payslips from your employer, or download them from your company's payroll portal (e.g. Xero, MYOB, KeyPay, Employment Hero). You can upload more if needed.
Super statement (required)
Log in to your super fund's app or website (e.g. AustralianSuper, Sunsuper, REST, Hostplus) and download your latest statement. You can usually find this under "Statements" or "Documents" in your account.
Loan statements (if applicable)
A loan statement shows your current balance, repayment amount, and lender details for any personal loans, car loans, or credit cards. You can find these in your online banking under "Statements" or "Documents" for each account.
BAS statements (if self-employed)
If you run a business, upload your most recent Business Activity Statements. You can find these in your myGov account under ATO or through your accountant. You can upload more if needed.
Tip: You can upload from your phone by tapping the button below and selecting files from your camera roll, email, or files app. On desktop, just drag and drop or browse your downloads folder.
